Anybody got an idea why Toyota's attract rodents. We have a Sequoia and Tundra. Both 2008 and same engine. The Sequoia was just in for the same thing and not believing the dealership I checked the Tundra when I got home and found evidence there also. We have had (and do have) a hand full of different cars parked in the same place with some of them months at a time between driving and never have had a problem with rats.
Seems Toyota's have something that attracts them since each of our current cars are driven daily and the location they seem to like to nest is right under the intake manifold. You know the top of the engine that get up to 165 or more degrees when driven. Seems there must be a strong attractant for them to keep coming back and be so insistent. Also they are braving our outdoor hunter cat to get there. Hmmm maybe pest control companies should just drive Toyota's and park them over night at the customers house :)

Unfortunately, I drive/drove the Prius every day. I've probably been taking Templeton to work with me for the last three months!

How often do you drive your car?

Look at the bright side....just think if you didn't drive it for a longer while.... maybe Templeton would have built a entire apartment complex with a pool, satellite TV, and game room :-)
